For the minimum length of stay, 28 days, the fee is $3,500, due at admission to the program. The fee covers all services except psychiatric care,buprenorphine, and private family sessions.
Outpatient treatment is $30 a session. The assessment fee is a one-time $50.
Private couples and family sessions are $60 a session.
Insurance is not accepted.
Discover, Visa, Master Card, and American Express are accepted.
Normally, there is no waiting list.
- A Calvert County resident who cannot afford the fee may apply for screening to get funding by calling (410) 535-3079. After screening through the county, funding is also available through CAASA,
- Prince George's County residents may apply to the Prince George's County Health Department for screening to get funding. Men should call (301) 856-9400; women call (301) 324-2872.
- Charles County residents may apply to the Charles County Health Department for screening to get funding by calling (301) 609-6600.
Intake of those with reservations is once a week on Fridays at 10 a.m. Exceptions are made for buprenorphine patients and others.

Buprenorphine: Suboxone induction is $290. Follow-up visits are $95. Patients pay for their own medication. For buprenorphine patients being admitted for residential the total including the $3,500 for the 28-day minimum stay is $4,300 with insurance covering medications and $5,100 with no prescription coverage
